Right of Withdrawal: Information Notice
The Right of Withdrawal allows consumers to withdraw from any distance purchase within fourteen days and receive a full refund of the purchase price without any penalty, as provided for by applicable law (Consumer Code, Legislative Decree 206/2005, as amended), which obviously also covers purchases made online. The only expenses that will not be reimbursed are shipping costs, which are excluded from the above provisions. The Customer has the right to cancel the purchase agreement for any reason, without having to provide an explanation and without incurring any penalty, except in the cases listed below.
To exercise this right, the Customer must send a written notice to CAPELLI LUCA S.R.L. within 14 days to the email address info@isaporidiparma.com.
How to Cancel the Contract
After making a purchase, if you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must follow these steps:
Within 14 days of receiving the merchandise, send a registered letter with return receipt to: CAPELLI LUCA S.R.L., Via Cesare Sarti 17 – 43029 Traversetolo (PR).
CAPELLI LUCA S.R.L. will, after verifying the integrity of all product components and accompanying items, proceed with a refund of the amount paid, excluding shipping costs. The refund will be issued within 14 days of the above-mentioned verification.
This right applies to the Product purchased in its entirety; therefore, if the Product consists of multiple components or parts, you may not exercise the right of withdrawal with respect to only a portion of the purchased Product.
The right of withdrawal is forfeited entirely if the returned product is not in its original condition, or in the following cases:
- Original packaging is missing;
- Absence of integral parts of the product;
- Damage to the product caused by factors other than shipping.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to the supply of food products that, by their nature, cannot be returned or are likely to spoil or deteriorate quickly.
The right of withdrawal does not apply in the following cases, pursuant to Art. 59 Legislative Decree 21/2014:
- an order for products placed by a non-consumer customer and/or a customer who requests an invoice;
- orders for custom-made or clearly personalized products;
- orders for products that are likely to spoil or expire quickly;
- Orders for sealed products that cannot be returned for hygiene or health protection reasons, or that have been opened after delivery.
With regard to the cases of exclusion from the right of withdrawal listed above, you are specifically informed and agree that products that “are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly” include both all food products (including wines, spirits, and beverages) and cosmetics, as the characteristics and qualities of these types of products are subject to alteration, including as a result of improper storage. Therefore, for reasons of hygiene and to protect our customers, the right of withdrawal applies only to products purchased on the website that can be returned to CAPELLI LUCA S.R.L. and resold without posing a health risk to consumers (such as books, gadgets, kitchen utensils, etc.).
Right to Replacement
CAPELLI LUCA S.R.L. aims to provide customers with the option to exchange products purchased through the website.
Customers who are not fully satisfied must keep all documentation related to the delivery and the Product itself in its original packaging, and contact us by sending an email to: info@isaporidiparma.com.
Conformity Defects
In the event of any lack of conformity in the Products sold by CAPELLI LUCA S.R.L., the Customer must immediately contact info@isaporidiparma.com.
The sale of the Products is subject to the statutory warranties provided for in Articles 129, 130, and 132 of the Consumer Code. The Customer is entitled to have the goods restored to conformity, free of charge, through repair or replacement, or to a reasonable price reduction or termination of the contract. The Customer forfeits these rights if he or she does not report the lack of conformity to CAPELLI LUCA S.R.L. within two months of the date on which the defect was discovered.

Order Cancellation or Modification
If you would like to cancel your order before receiving it, please let us know as soon as possible.
We cannot guarantee that an order that has already been placed can be canceled, as all orders are processed very quickly, and your order may have already been handed over to the carrier for shipment.
Please let us know about your cancellation request as soon as possible: our customer service representatives will do their best to check the status of your order and try to put it on hold so that it can be canceled. Orders that have already been handed over to the courier cannot be canceled.
If you request a change to the model, quantity, or color of the product you ordered, we cannot guarantee 100% that the order will be modified. We will do our best to modify the order as requested by the customer, but this will depend on inventory availability and the order status (if it has already been handed over to the carrier).
Consumer Code
These Terms and Conditions for Exercising the Right of Withdrawal, which form an integral part of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale, are governed by Italian law and, in particular, by the Consumer Code.
